Wasn't it Catherine Mead who was the TA up until June 20, 2005 - as Megas indicated in the following email posted July 27, 2005

No. Mead was the company's Resident Agent. At that time the company had no TA, at least from Megas's perspective:

BCIT does not have a current transfer agent, I contacted her myself about 8/10 days ago for
2 reasons. She has the original share register which will confirm my figures as to the 4,750,000
shares authorised and issued, and I wish to reappoint her as transfer agent as soon as I have completed the filings up to date for the company.

Did Pino appoint one? He'd have had to have done that in order to get the new stock into the market.
