These preferred 005 debt holder shares selling into .0085--Who else other than the insiders???? How about the other two public companies these same guys operate or have operated... Same deal-raise public interest than dump their own shares into it, none of which are returned to the company's in the form of investment capital.. If it smells like one, than buyer beware...
