you said when the POR comes out, its too late for the shareholders if there not inc in the POR.

From my experience with CEMJQ, i believe that is entirely false, the EC, was set up after the POR, and like i said before, wallstreet61 was on the EC, HE is the expert, on this subject, and others like jackstraw have a better memory than i do.
