I do not agree but I do hope you are right and I am wrong.

With a float of 840m, I think there will be plenty of room for volume once we begin rallying. Right now most just wait since many are underwater still I feel or those that cost averaged down may be happy to exit with a profit. Its hard to look at 100% profits and do nothing. A few hundred million could stay the course but not sure about the other hundreds of millions.

I think in August we will know a lot better. End of summer rally is finally near.
