fred, IMHO there is no way the Government settles ahead of time and I hope that I am so, so, so wrong! They will use their resources to try and convince the other Government Employee (Judge Amy B. Jackson) to see it their way.

If the Judge really wants to do the right action and "find" for UWBKQ, then all the Government will do is delay, appeal, delay, appeal and if that will not totally work, then they could finally settle. Unfortunately, there is no check and balance with the Government and they have endless taxpayer money to willfully waste.

According to what I have read about this Judge is that she does not like the Government overstepping their bounds and if the pressure on her is not to great then UWBKQ may actually win this case.

I have finally been able to get enough shares to make a difference but I am VERY suspect. I know one cannot compare apples and oranges, but I have been involved with the WaMu crime ridden saga for almost four years, so yes I have seen it all!
