I have been in contact with the company and was assured that they have multiple options for financing and are just working out some of the details. It should be very non dilutive as CEO Bill Sherif in the largest shareholder,I think. Anouncment shound be by month end. IMO they are waiting for the end of summer to bring out the news. Flow. The CAPEX is very low as they have an in place brownsfield like Arugia. Brent Cook has spoken very highly of the company saying it will be one of the few Yukon plays that can put it all together sucessfully. They are one of the few Yukon plays with acess to infrastructure now 12,months out of the year. Currently they are blessed with an increasing stream of royalty revenue to help things along. Probably will be able to leverage that to gain a good financing deal. I think it would be worth your while to have a good look at the company.
