Vaya con Dios, my friend!

Enjoy your summer. Best for front line troops to take a break at times.

Your posts were always welcome . . . , another thoughtful and thought provoking voice crying out in the wilderness here.

I welcomed hearing in this last post that you spoke with Rainer about the different methods of financing. I am now comfortable that MWWC's current plan, although not in your opinion the most effective one, was a reasoned decision made after looking at other options.

I don't know enough about the ups and downs that needed to be weighed, considering all the information that only management has access to, for me to make judgement on their decision (and right now we seem to be in desperate shape), but I do now know from you that it was discussed and well informed. As is always the case for management when it has to make a tough call, the devil is in the details.

I believe the latest deals only reflect reality. One must play his hand with the cards he is holding. Management does not disregard me, the investor. But rather, management serves me best when they do what is most effective for the survival and future growth of the company . . . for only if the company prospers do I have a chance to recover.

Like you, I don't like being in the dark. I would love to be at MWW for every meeting, a party to every phone call and decision, to review every contract before it is signed and be able to tell management exactly how to proceed to make this company successful. But then I look at my own checking account, and the nightmare of managing that makes me quickly realize that I had better let management handle things on their own! (LOL) Besides, regulations and client demands dictate what can be disclosed. Management must be very careful in this regard . . . as there are no limits, it would seem, to the number of ways this company's detractors can find to undermine every development, every announcement.

I don't know if we are destined for an RS . . . or for Fortune 500 status. We are, however, in agreement that, " we will see what the future holds for MWWC shareholders."

Best to you and your family. I hope to hear from you again from time-to-time and that we will have much more to discuss about this company in the coming years.
