Back in 2005-2007 GeckoSystems and SushiTrend both had a very organized bunch that conned them in a stock scheme.

Common to both operations were George MacLeod, Reed Wallace, and Jerry Alexander.

I have a feeling that Wakabayashi was in the mix too as this concerns technology for creating a palatable frozen Sushi product, tech that would be very valuable in the Japanese market.

You see these crooks love to short pinkies out of business, but if they can get their hooks into them through toxic financing they try to steal the tech too.

The Sushi Trend con also included a guy named David Stocker who was associated with a Texas group that included Phil Offill, a 15 year veteran of the SEC. Here's the complaint:

Stocker's doing time now it seems. He was sent up the river for a scheme involving the use of Rule 504 stock sold under Texas law to short companies.

George MacLeod was clearly associated with Sushi Trend.

Jerry Alexander and David Stocker were also reportedly involved with Sushi Trend:

Reed Wallace bought Rule 504 stock and pretended to be a Texas investor. According to the complaint, "someone" introduced Reed Wallace to Sushi trend but the complaint doesn't say who it was.

Sushi Trend got a default judgment against Reed Wallace:

I have verified that the "someone" that brought in Reed Wallace was George MacLeod. How many businesses has MacLeod indtroduced Jerry Alexander and Reed Wallace as "investors"? We know that he brought them to GeckoSystems as "investors", fortunately Spencer didn't sell either of them a block of restricted stock. How many times has this crew done this?

I suspect that Reed Wallace didn't show when he was sued because he didn't want to testify about what happened. We know that someone had to assist him when he sold the unregistered stock. We know that this isn't an isolated incident. Offill had his own crew and there's a guy on trial in Chile named Bogdan Borkowski who did the same to MDMN.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if a connection to international organized crime, or economic terrorism was found.
