Well if they have then they are breaking rules since that would be considered a significant material event and have fudiciary duty to report such matters.

You are clutching at straws you know yourself that they have not signed up any more business, I cannot understand your motive for thinking any other way either.

They reported back in Jan (last new business) a puny little 88Kw job so anything would help the PPS but they have not nor was anything reported in the 10Q for Q1 and nor will anything be reported in the next 10Q for Q2, except more forward looking statements.

Deal with it we were all duped.
