doogdilinger, well then with that line of thought,

so the judge only has to review the clearly established facts and do what's legally prudent and logical to do ie: sign off whenever he's reviewed those facts thereby relinquishing current mgmt from something they clearly had absolutely nothing to do with



Why would they say that they don't want to put anything into the company until the judge signs off on this?

If current management had absolutely nothing to do with it as you state, why wait??

Maybe management can become "Kelly's Pool Hall" while we wait!! LOL
