I probably sound like a broken record but I feel it is imperative that Intellect receive the n-terminus US patent soon. If Bapi gets FDA approval and Intellect hasnt received the patent then they wont get a penny from the drug until it gets approval in Japan and China which are much smaller markets and could take a while before the drug received approval in both countries. The US patent is also key in the appeal for the n-terminus patent in Europe. We are getting so close .....man am I getting antsy..lol
