Seems kind of silly to think a guy as deeply entrenched in the U.S military-industrial complex has to be bought off to beat the war drums for the United Nations and the American public. I suspect Colin Powell strongly BELIEVES in this administration's foreign policy and therefore he didn't have to sell out. If he's upset it's because they did a very sloppy job giving him "plausible deniability" when his case for war proved to be a fraud.
