I don't believe IDCC will issue any press release regarding guidance. I do believe they will issue a press release concerning the Kyocera agreement that will contain something about how the revenue will be recognized for the quarter coupled with the previous guidance and you have all the information needed. That is unless Fagan takes his typical stance about I have know idea how to recognize revenue and you will have to wait until the quarterly report comes out and even then don't ask me any financial questions because I will probably not know the answer.

Enough picking on him. This was great news and it would be fantastic if they follow up with an update on Panasonic coupled with an additional licensee in the very near future. Good luck all.
