case was moved to end of nov early December, Dtc has pretty much killed the pinksheet market for almost all stocks they have labeled thousands as none dtc for the lamest reasons and cost investors and companies millions if not billions of dollars. PPJE was suppose to be hiring a lawyer just for the dtc problem that knows what they are doing but haven't heard anything recently
