Because it is the pinks and the SEC does not have the resources to run down all the bogus foreign deals Calypso is doing. Where are all the Calypso domestic deals here in the US? There is a reason Calypso is playing the foreign card because they know the game can go on when law enforcement can neither verify or disclose whether a deal is a scam or not.
If Calypso is on the up and up, let’s see a deal here in the U.S.A.!
