If they are diluting, then they need the money to keep running. If they don't dilute and close the doors, then the stock drops to 0 immediately. Better to bide their time and dilute than close the doors altogether. Explain to me again how this is a dumb decision?

Granted, it would be nice if this or that had launched and FDA gave the approval, but since that isn't the current case, this makes sense. That is, it makes sense if you believe in the product and want it to succeed. If you don't, then there can't be any helping you anyway.
