Your number 6 is incorrect.

"Section 1.1 License of Master Recordings: EMAX MEDIA GROUP hereby licenses non- exclusively to MINDPIX CORP. and MINDPIX CORP hereby accepts from EMAX MEDIA GROUP, for the term of this Agreement and for the Territory only,"

Key word is "non-exclusively", which is repeated several times throughout the agreement.
