Charms Investments is run by South Africans Clinton Greyling and his father, Leslie Greyling. Nowadays Leslie calls himself Leon Larson. He's been to slam twice in Florida, and is persona non grata in many parts of the world. Leslie is a career criminal; nothing stops him. Even Clinton's mom was in on the game for awhile, serving as CEO of some of Leslie's shells, since Leslie was banned from messing with pennies back in 1991.
As it happens, Leslie had been deported to the U.K. several years earlier, in connection with another scam. The U.K. declined to consider what he'd done with E-Pawn to be an extraditable offense, so he walked on that one.
But a class action was brought, and Clinton was named in it as a director of the company:
