TAKI, I agree.

Regardless as to how you hold the shares direct sales from accounts should be the norm. Moreover given the nature of Mario's holdings and the percentage of the stake he has in the company, even with the inflated prices he still has a 65% stake. It should not be difficult to trace where the stocks came from.
