Dude...the hearing has already happened! No offense but do a little DD and you will feel better about making (or not making) an investment here. This stock can go up or down any day based upon news, mostly to do with VRNG. The Markman Ruling for IP/VRNG is expected in July. I'm not sure when in July and I have no idea how speedy a ruling can be (anyone who can weigh in on that please do) turned around. I'm assuming a month but I'm not an expert on that. There are several factors that could cause this to move either way. If you want to believe the folks on here saying a r/s is happening tomorrow don't buy. I do not believe that so I'm buying. Common sense dictates that a r/s right now given material news expected within at most lets say six weeks makes little sense and there is very little to be gained. I believe that management's interest is aligned with shareholders right now. I'm not saying that I think management cares about shareholders I'm saying that right now their interests happen to be aligned with shareholders. DO NOT BUY BASED UPON WHAT I"M SAYING though. I could be wrong and you and I could lose our entire investment here. I don't think that is going to happen which is why I am a buyer here but this is nonetheless a calculated gamble.
