Maybe Addax is leaving blocks 3 and 4 also? Maybe we were too fast to write off the Upstream article as a re-hash and ERHC is actually negotiating new PSC's with someone for the JDZ blocks? I'm sure we will get another free carry since we have no money - but our percentages may be less. Why didn't any news sources pick up the statement that Sinopec is relinquishing the block? Maybe it wasn't considered newsworthy or maybe Sinopec denied the statement? More likely, they are not as diligent about reading Equator annual reports as Kingpindg is. Lots of questions. Hope that person who bought on the Equator news knows what they are doing. According to TOB, they will be popping champagne bottles at ERHC thanks to no more liability for paying for the holes drilled to date.

I wonder if this is part of the reason why Peter said things have never looked better from where he sits?
