Dilution is not a long-term solution but one should consider that they are issuing very few shares at $1.15 and would raise about $480,000.

An optimistic view would be that they do not see the need for lots of money given that money might be forthcoming from other sources, such as sales, etc and selling stock is not needed to the extent that many companies choose when they issue and try to sell a million or more shares.

The amount of dilution in this case might be minimal were it not for the obvious efforts by someone or more than one party to drive the share price downward with small sales.

It would appear that, as indicated yesterday, you could not have sold at yesterday's closing price this morning nor, I would suspect could you buy at the present low.

Had I known i might have become a specialist or market maker, but then again, would I be able to sleep nights?
