Your exactly right SNIZZLE, when you say some dont realize the implications of their actions.
Big key is for me HOWARD/CEO OF PHAR and these thoughts seem to totally absolve himself of any cause of failures to date and the MAIN reason for the tone of many on the board. Blaming it on others IMO doesnt give a free pass and using the been bullied sentences. Its if HOWARD is put above being classed as SOME .

IMO the "greatest" damage was done when the PHAR board for the most part was very positive, by putting out false, fabricated borderline illegal PRs . Once validated by many investors, IN THE ABSCENSE OF GETTING ANSWERS FRO CEO,, the whole tone of board changed, and rightly so. IF PHAR/HOWARD had addressed issues maybe tone could have changed.

In the trading market reaction to PHAR, on just ONE of the PRs, DO YOU think putting out the PR on 'Worlwide Distribution Agreement with "AMS" with a $5 million initial contract and a purchase of shares,,,only for that to be verified as a nail salon, with proprietor knowing nothing about a contact, never purchased a single share, and no liscence to even distibute drugs, only medical equipment,,,,OR,,, about 4 or 5 from each position on the board in a pis-in- contest.?? WHICH DID THE GREATER HARM AND IS READ EVERYDAY ON LATEST HEADLINES BY NEW INVESTORS. Are they considered bullies if they do DD and discover truth??
Most investors understand that happens on every board, but rather depend on personal DD before loading money in.

IMO HOWARD had a chance several months ago to improve board tone, but didnt feel the need,, he had an opportunity to change the tone of board by not bashing posters and covering up information that just maybe would have improved tone of board, on the current PR you mention, chose not to. Thats why you see board reaction unchanged and market reaction unchanged IMO
