I want to address a few of the posters on the board. If you think there is anything in my previous five (5) posts that can be considered a “Pump” or make me a “Pumper” than you have spent less time on these boards than I have. The very notion is ridiculous. Two of you were right on one note. I have not updated the Proton Labs Logo in my profile. I also want my role with the company KNOWN TO ALL as a matter of record. I am not a PLBI or an ETGG shareholder. I have not been paid for my services with shares nor is that going to be the case in the future. That being said I am doing work for the company as an outside contractor. When needed, I fill the role of IR person on a per diem basis for Mr. Scalise.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Peter Scalise today and received his permission to bring you the following information.
Now, there are some questions that have been asked on the board and to me via PM. Just for the record, I do not like answering questions via PM and do my best to ignore them.

As you all know, Peter Scalise has purchased and is the registered owner of two shells that have been dormant for some time, Proton Laboratories, Inc. (PLBI) and Enerbrite Technologies Group, Inc. (ETGG). Some of you have surmised that PLBI was to be the shell that acquired SBSI Nutraceuticals, Limitless, G.E.A.R. and SLAM. This is NOT the case. It was the original intention, but after further due-diligence it was determined that ETGG has a much better share structure than PLBI.

PLBI shall remain with Mr. Scalise until he can best determine what role this shell will play. Being widely known as a brand builder, I am confident that Mr. Scalise will have a use for PLBI in the future.
