Mr Fraudman has said lots of things over the past year - most notably to me is that he is about to file the paperwork for the dividend - that he has said numerous times giving the impression that it was any day - not any year.....

I do think he is liable for delaying this - and i think that it is fraud saying so many times that he is just about to do something that for over a year now he has not done -
