Could someone please explain, or guide me to what "consulting" the RHL Group does for this monthly fee, and, who exactly from the RHL Group is giving MMRF the consulting?

From what I can see from RHL Group website, there is Lorsch and wife. SO, when MMRF needs consulting from RHL (monthly) who is the person (name please) giving this consultation, and to whom in MMRF is being consulted? Maybe I am only one, but this is just strange relations/business.
