Isn't that interesting to assume I didn't know the process. I come from a family of lawyers; have been involved helping others in many law suits and have a daughter who was an attorney with the Department of Justice among other places.

Maybe that still makes me a moron because I am on the wrong side of an issue - to some people.

I do know the process and I do know many - especially Mexicans and others have been cheated out of money they earned on some really spurious grounds and they can sue through the Department of Labor or through other ways to make sure it doesn't happen again and to be reimbursed. What that employer did was illegal and yes, once again, he should be sued if he refused to pay people who worked for his company.

I also know employers cannot hire unless they have first seen papers. Those who let people "slip" through, generally wind up receiving free labor for their trouble. Amounting to millions!

So who has been wronged?
