In a publicly traded company everything falls squarely on CEO of PHAR shoulders.
This individual you speak of if a threat or challenge is issued im sure would be a valuble witness to SEC or class action suit.

When HOWARD/CEO of PHAR has chosen to hide and run he obviously has done something wrong or as a man, as a CEO you face your investors.
