You are being overly generous in the 50% resting on HOWARD as CEO of PUBLIC PHARMSTAR PHARMACEUTICALS 100% failure. IMO
As a CEO , if a company is doing awesome ,the CEO takes front and center for credit, and rightly so in most cases. With the way HOWARDS embellishes his achievements and resume on website you can bet your boots you couldnt keep his mouth shut, waving flags for all to see. No problem with that.
As a CEO, if company has been driven into ground, the CEO takes front and center for failures, and rightly so. HOWARD as CEO has failed in every single area in DOING THE RIGHT THING FOR INVESTORS in steering the company we invested hard earned money into clear of destructive practices.
There is a valid reason why Aquprin has failed for 18yrs, there is a valid reason 2009 PRIVATE PHARMSTAR failed miserably after ruining a lot of investors. And DENNIS McLAUGHLIN and crooks were no where in sight. THEY were not the blame then and are not the blame now, CEO was responsible then, rightly so, and is 100% responsible.. No matter who gets in the mix, CEO IS RESPONSIBLE and cant play STUPID and blame others when its convienant.
Pres. Obama blames everything on BUSH in an attempt to avoid saying the truth I FAILED MISERABLY IN DOING WHAT I SAID I WOULD DO. Blame stops when you are as well jumping up in front of all to accept credit for anything good. The bad also rests on the leader as well, not matter if CEO or PRES.
IMO with past record of conning investors way before shell group, HOWARD had choices as CEO in selecting a shell. More often than not, the startup entity seeks a shell that doesnt require cash.
Howard new exactly IMO what and who he chose to go to bed with, and the results are the same as before. Quick in and out to get initial funds BECAUSE IMO the product for whatever reason cannot stand on its own merit, and then the vanishing act.
A person that robs and bank and flees and hides to avoid capture is a criminal. A CEO that robs investors through ILLEGAL activity in luring them to invest and then hides IMO is a criminal. IMHO

Whether we have lost money or still hanging on, letting A CEO know we understand crooks stole the show, it just lets them off hook.
Not coming forward as a CEO no matter who screwed things up shows me what kind of a CEO HOWARD is, same as DENNIS McLaughlin. Just CEO in title only.
