I think if Wave has signed future contracts, it is obliged to report them as deferred income. So they'd sit in Wave's balance sheet awaiting activation. When the time comes, the income would be transferred to the P&L.

Re RoRo's wondering about the price. Yes indeed. Hence my many posts about obstructions which are invisible to us investors.

On the other hand, lately the price makes sense. Wave had an awful quarter. Some folks seemed to know that in advance. Actually, let me restate that. Many of us expected a bad quarter. But some seemed to know it was awful. The price ran down to meet the quarterly numbers ahead of time. So it seems to me that what you read here is not where the real scoop occurs.

So my guess is the DoD opportunity is not certain at this point and we are all merely hopeful. No one knows if a contract will be signed and in what volume. Least of all Wave which seems to have the worst record of forecasting its pipeline in the known universe.
