O2 Secure Wireless Inc announced that the Company has secured a Lease Agreement on desired land within Flagler County, Florida, where the Company intends to place a tower which will be instrumental in serving wireless carriers in this area. O2 Wireless, in its representation of an additional 2000 potential clients for broadband services, will be an extension of signal coverage from the City of Palm coast coverage area. With this agreement in place O2 Secure Wireless can expand the areas to which it is delivering services domestically, augmenting the Company's recent achievement of entering the Floridian market through an agreement in Palm Coast. O2 Secure Wireless has recently taken over Earthcom Wireless Inc.'s domestic operations, and this growing portfolio of service network agreements represents the achievement of developing a market presence in the United States. The packages are designed to be priced competitively, with the median revenue per client to be estimated at $90 to $100 per month. O2 Secure Wireless recently announced two domestic property lease agreements in Florida; one in the City of Pembroke Pines Florida, where it intends to build its initial tower, and the other in St. Augustine, Florida.

NEVER HAPPENED!
