The active ingredient has also a utility patent I do believe.
I do not have the patent site but I know its in this sea of posts as we have talked about it numerous times over the last month.

THAT MEANS THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO CAN USE IT IN THEIR PRODUCTS CATEGORIES FOR PET WIPES/SPRAYS :) :) :)
