I am a business owner who has been sued / threatened by a number of money grubbing scam artist's.

Companies are threatened with unscrupulous legal action every day.

Why on earth would any company publicly pronounce every time frivolous legal action is threatened.

The company disclosed this information in the appropriate legal manner.
