I will not argue your point. It is valid.

But, if I were an MM (which I certainly am not and therefore cannot understand their reasonings) whom just got a boot put up my posterior on a share count situation, I think that perhaps I would search for a different target.

I may be totally off base in my perspective, but it is what it is.
