I'm guessing that the people who set this scam up are already into their next one . This so called company was just a sign on a leased builing and a website . That's it ! They found an old man desperate for funding and used him to bilk us for what they could get and have moved on . The money is gone and I have little faith that the SEC can recover it . Fill out your SEC complaint form on line and hope for the best . I liked an article the other day naming 10 CEO's that are now in jail or on trial .
