Here, the phone is connected to Steven Weiss at 718-715-8770.

My phone call to this number leads to an answering machine. The voice states:

"You have reached the Corporate Office. Nobody is here right now to take your call. Please leave a message and someone will call you back."

This IMO is a cell phone. With various persons claiming to call and speak with someone on the other end, who to believe? Is someone willing to speak up and provide their direct connection/relation to "Steven" and the true substance of their calls?
