Very interesting scenerio that includes your statements as far as never hearing about funding raised for PUBLIC PHAR, if it was to happen by some miracle.

Howards second job might consist of using all the money raised thus far and the penny or to trickling in to get the PRIVATE PHAR back off the ground.

Now that would really be of interest to SEC.

Just a thought, but an interesting one since CEO has run off with investors money and has NOTHING to show for it. Or is it now in the PRIVATE CO. location.
