iirc, Borealis lease-holders filed the suit against Gryphon. Disagreements about 'advance royalty payments' (?)
Gryphon now has plenty of working capital. They should be able to 'settle' or battle it out in court. Maybe Gryphon's next 10Q (and/or NR) will give shareholders an update on the lawsuit ?
Also, just FYI for those who are new to Gryphon:
Gryphon's main office is in Carson City, NV. Carson City is about 30 miles south of Reno.
John Key was Gryphon's CEO until Feb. 1st, 2012.
Gryphon Gold Corp. is currently producing gold and silver (via heap leach) at it's Borealis property.
