They both serve a purpose, of course, and both are fine for their purposes. For punching paper, I go with the least expensive ammo I can find. I'll then always fire a few rounds of my 'good stuff' just to verify zero with that ammo.

Either will work for all around shooting ... I might be partial to the M193 though, if I have to choose.
