@Loerna - I sent Jeff Robinson an email with a bunch of questions and I mentioned the website being down as well.
He said they were moving hosting companies and said it can take up to 48 hours for propagation to take effect.
He also said this first version is a very rudimentary version and the next release will contain all the features and then some mentioned in the Press Release.
