6) The trading symbol was going to be GERSD while KK said that it would not change

The company did not change their trading symbol. The letter D is added during the R/S transition. That will happen to any company that trades publicly and then R/S. I have been in a stock that did an R/S and changed the ticker symbol, and the entire direction of the company, went from Algae farming to Home health care. KK did not mislead in this case.
