There are no shortable stocks to be found, so I am not posting this to "make a profit" shorting this company's stock.
I am exposing the CEOs greed and malice.
Mr Manos (CEO) has paid third-party companies to promote (i.e. Pump) the stock of the company he is running.
Currently there are 800 million Outstanding shares, and only about 26 million in the float!!!!
All of a sudden MILLIONS of shares are now being DUMPED into the market place and driving down the PPS leaving past investors as bagholders.
This happens all the time....right? So what's the big deal?
THIS IS THE BIG DEAL;
Mr Manos, the CEO, is orchestrating this Pump n Dump to raise capital for the company to buy out HIS PRIVATELY OWNED COMPANY!
In addition, I am sure (my fair assumption) that he is holding millions of those Outstanding shares and is himself, along with other Insiders and Paid by Stock Promoters/Financiers, dumping this stock now that they have started a Promotion to make money for themselves....
The Pump and Dumps happen all the time in OTC/Pinks...but this is just what I would consider a "legal scam".
The CEO isn't any better then a Mob Boss, in my humble opinion.
