I wonder if TUP tracks how much product is sold to customers outside the company? This is a red flag for Einhorn and David Vladeck as it pertains to pyramidal marketing models. I also wonder if TUP's 10K cites legality as a risk factor as HLF does? I may look into that when I get a chance. As of March MLM's have to disclose the number of distributors who sought a refund or canceled over a two-year period. This could be very damaging. I think the short case here is strong. The question is will everyone else figure it out by OpEx? Holding May 60's and June 55's.
