Yes....dogs are better than cats when it comes to making the owner feel good.

Cats have a way to stand back and think about what is happening base upon the past which would be a window into the future.
Let me bring it down to UCP owners.

Sometimes we appeal to our own behavior in order to predict the behavior of others. We do say to ourselves,"What would I do if I were him?" The UCP owners love to run and operate a private company which is great. But now they have overnight a public company to run....this is not their style of doing business. Soooo...we put ourself in their place and with all the signs of not speaking out and giving the stockholders a vision and day by day the stock keeps falling.....one must think like a cat and put yourself into their place and say...I WANT OUT of this public company.

Yes...dogs can bark loud but cats are thinking about the family next door up at 2am because of the barking.
