If you are not a member of the 1%-5% of the top...then to vote Republican is a fools choice.
The only thing I know for certain is that if the Mittens is elected POTUS...things will get monumentally worse for the country as a whole. Amazingly, it is possible with the voter fraud and voter suppression in progress now by right wing state governments that it could happen. The only good to come of it would be to hasten the groundswell revolution against the right that is inevitable. There are pockets of the country waking up to the destruction of the middle class that is celebrated by the Right.
If Mittens is elected, pray for a large Democratic majority in the House and Senate...because Mittens true colors are best encapsulated by Romneycare...He could surprise many if he survives the process by flip-flopping his way thru the gauntlet of reality.
If there are enough fed up Americans in the right places in the country to elect House and Senate Democrats, then we might see the agenda finally turn to growing the country instead of wallowing in the Republicans disastrous obsession to removing Obama as their only goal. Dumbing down the electorate with the FIXED NEWS blatant lie machine is all part of the process.
One only needs to read the right leaning (falling over?) posters on this board to see that FIXED NEWS is getting thru to the more feeble minded or pre-marinated minds that just hate first...never mind the truth or unfortunate realities of the world we live in.
AND saying all the above, I don't like everything that the President has done or bent to to "get along"...but we stand at a place where the alternative is suicidal to too many Americans.
The fantasy that you need a businessman to run the country is just that, fantasy. A country is NOT a business. Except that if you ran it like a business, then raising LOTS of additional revenue thru taxation where the money is and maybe selling off South Dakota and Mississippi...possibly New Mexico, and the Texas panhandle would be helpful. Or just sell off the States that are net drains on National revenue. Florida of course, a good businessman POTUS would nationalize all lodging or rental spaces and let the ex-owners just flap in the breeze with 10 cents on the dollar compensation...too bad, so sad. Or lots of other juicy options running the country like a business would generate. Hmmm maybe I need to rethink my opposition to this concept.
A theocracy would be even better, but don't get me started on that one...The levels of stupidity are unsurpassed if you can get a "divine" message into your camp...
