No. He has before, but 18 months to 2 years has been in place since the pre-IND established precisely what must be done.

As I said, the start of human testing is not predicated on an IND. it is predicated on a GMP manufacturing facility. Human testing can be started in Europe, Africa, Australia, and even some Asian countries without the American FDA's approval. In the past 4 years, many US based companies have started doing exactly that.

Doc Feelgood, do you agree with Bunny's contention that Dr. Diwan pushed back the schedule for Phase One testing?
