I too still have a financial interest, far too many questions that will not be answered in the forseeable future, unfortunately.
It is unfortunate we all got caught up & still feel like as I WAS misinformed, mislead ect.
I thought back & could not for the life of me think to where I was in my due diligence, & thought to myself OH, I CAN SEE THIS COMING A MILE AWAY!
Still here we all are, whether we are all posting, or not there are many of us still, frequently, checking in to read & in hopes that there is either resolvement, clarity as to where will go to next with this mess.

Is he trying to keep the company to get it on its feet again for real?
Perhaps, it is an ego thing & he will not admit failure?
He could be holding off doing anything for real long enough to let it go to someone that will offer enough money to make it worth his while to part altogether?
Our luck the asking price is way beyond anyone-if he has had any offer by chance- are willing to sell him HIS ASKING PRICE!
How does one go out & try to contact-network to find those interested in purchasing an empty shell company?
Unless it has accumulated some debt which I cannot believe it doesn't to an extent that many if they have taken a look @ (CXAC)might be a little leary in buying him out!
Unless he can sell someone on the fact that this company has traded & would cost a lot less then to go through the red tape to establish a new company to pay for all the costs to get things started from the ground up?
Then again, I am just guessing, I am sure this is not like puting an ad in the newspapers, or something.
That would definitely cost money to do anything to hunt, or put out enquiries in any manner.
Where would one go to begin to hunt/find someone, or a point of contact to a search committee/venture capital group?

I may not post as often, but my feelings are STILL VERY PASSIONATE in obtaining resolvement, why should we not be allowed to have answers to our questions?
JB, in my opinion, does not speak highly for our importance.
If he does, he has a strange way of showing it-action speaks louder than words!
The least he could do is say, "hmmm, perhaps I have not been as fair as I could be & these people have been so understanding, the least I could do is be a bit more transparent in my activities, & provide status, they deserve that much of conciteration."
Startled! wow! I was only dreaming this whole time!
