But is there no listing fees ? Cant imagine Luniel making that payment even if it is $10 a year, perhaps the Kirk's might I suppose. Can't imagine why anyone would buy this shell of POS anyway when they can just as well set up a new one and have a better chances of screwing people of their money and not associated with this and PBEC P&D companies where many have been burnt. But perhaps it might be just better to take over this junk for $100 or so than set up a new one, and bombard investors with promotions from Awesome Penny stocks and other pump and dump sites etc.

What on earth s going on with the ASC case anyway I wonder, they had filed a court case in 2010 I believe, but that is the last I hard of it.
