IMO, probably a lot of people don't realize the financial trouble NEXS is in and just read speculated buyout/merger news. Unless someone knows something else somewhere, it's just my guess.

NEXS was promising last year when they signed the Lowe's deal but it just never seemed to produce results or there was a lack of execution.
