They hadnt completed one single thing at location they were in, even opening packets of product of someone else, crushing ingediants and sticking on AQUAPRIN label to pass out samples.

Doesnt sound as if you/PHAR should worry about expansion when nothing happened in location they were in, but the fabrication of PRs that were so crooked as to intent to lure innocent investors they did well out of this location.

Even swindled Rocky Mt into $300,000 grant. Just click on awards and scroll to find grant for PHAR. Would bet he wont be in business in Rocky MT anytime soon, IMO

Howard claims he had funding secured, had a building, but notice he said but only enough to produce a few million. For some inexplicable reason he was not producing this but requesting everything larger, big scale to try and run with big boys.
Why not produce the product in the millions and grow into expansion.
Why not produce the product at Wilson, at least some form of attempt at revenue. IMO claiming big things,expansion when you have totally failed on smaller scale, is almost hilarious, and no one is falling for it, not anymore!
